Map Day 1 – Fri: Depart U.S. for DublinDepart U.S. on your overnight flight to Dublin.  Day 2 - Sat: Dublin Arrival When the
night sky around you begins to lighten, peer down through the clouds from the
windows of your transatlantic jet. IRELAND! Land in Dublin and transfer to your
hotel, on the south side of the city, overlooking Dublin Bay. The balance of
the day is free to rest or browse around Dublin or Dun Laoghaire on your own.
In the evening meet your tour director and fellow travelers for a welcome
drink. Day 3 - Sun: Dublin Castle & Merry Ploughboy Pub Take a morning tour around central Dublin to see the main sights. Tour Dublin Castle’s elegantly furnished State Apartments and then the afternoon is free. Enjoy dinner in the Merry Ploughboy Pub with a great traditional Irish show. This traditional Dublin pub first opened its doors in 1750. Down through the years it has been carefully conserved to reflect and preserve the best aspects of a traditional Dublin pub. (B, D)  Day 4 - Mon: National Stud & Japanese Gardens
Visit the National Stud and Japanese Gardens to learn about horse breeding.
Kildare is located in the foothills of the Wicklow mountains and is home three
racecourses. Stop for photos of the Rock of Cashel and visit a farm for tea and
scones before driving to your delightful hotel in the center of Killarney. (B,
D) Day 5 - Tue: Ring of Kerry Tour Today experience one of Ireland’s most popular scenic drives, the Ring of Kerry. The variety of scenery will amaze you as you travel past mountains and Atlantic coastline. Tour the gracious 19th century Muckross House beside Muckross Lake before heading back into Killarney. All that is best about Ireland is yours to enjoy. (B, D) Day 6 - Wed: Blarney & Waterford Visit the Blarney Woollen Mills to shop for quality Irish-made goods. If you wish, you may climb to the top of Blarney Castle on your own. Drive to Waterford. Waterford is Ireland's oldest city, founded in 852 by the Vikings. The city is surrounded by water and the medieval city walls are still visible. Reginald's tower dominates the skyline and is more than 1,000 years old. The popular Waterford Crystal Factory is also here. (B, D)  Day 7 - Thu: Wales & Bath Depart Waterford
early to take a ferry to Wales. Drive along the south coast of Wales to Cardiff
for a brief panoramic tour of the capital city. Drive on to Bath and check into
your hotel in time for dinner.The spa at Bath has attracted visitors from all
over Britain and other parts of the world for centuries. Bath also has its
literary connections. Jane Austen's "Persuasion" and "Northanger
Abbey" were set in the streets of Bath. (B, D)  Day 8 - Fri: Roman Baths & Stonehenge Tour
the famous spa town of Bath and visit the wonderful Roman Baths and Pump Room,
still preserved after two millennia. You explore this Georgian city, including
the Roman Baths and the grand Royal Crescent. See the springs and excavated
chambers. Drive to Salisbury Plain to view Stonehenge and marvel at the size of
the monoliths. Continue to London to your hotel near Oxford Street.
