Full time position for a self motivated person who can work independently once trained. Good computer skills, good telephone personality and attention to detail are a must. Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines. Duties include answering telephones, faxes, email, making reservations in our computer system for tours, cars, airfare, hotels, etc. Filemaker, Wordperfect experience helpful. Management potential, varied responsibilities for right candidate. Small office, hectic atmosphere. Willing to train; some experience would be an asset. Part Time Bookkeeperapply for future openings We are looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper. General bookkeeping, bank rec's, bill paying, minimum filing. Strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Candidate must be extremely organized, have excellent references, and strong bookkeeping skills. Familiarity with Excel and Quickbooks.
